Driver blades, bumpers, o-rings, pistons and piston rings are considered normally wearing parts. This warranty covers only damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship it does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse, accident or repairs attempted or made by anyone other than our company owned or authorized independent service centers. BOSTITCH reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. Because BOSTITCH cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only if the product was purchased from BOSTITCH or a BOSTITCH authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This limited warranty is not transferable.

BOSTITCH warrants to the original end-user purchaser that BOSTITCH products stating they come with a one year limited warranty will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace, at BOSTITCH’s option, any defective BOSTITCH branded compressors and tools used in production applications for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
